Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched that day, we will try our best to get all order sent out the same day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that it’s on its way.
Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day your order is shipped. You can track your order by logging onto the below website and entering in your tracking number.
If we forget an item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm if the item was indeed forgotten and send it to you straight away.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us, we will sort it out as soon as possible.
You will need to be home/work to receive your parcel. If you are not there to receive your parcel then it will be taken to the nearest Startrack Depot. There is a re-delivery fee of $10 which must be paid by the customer in order to receive your parcel again
We offer credit notes or exchange only, sorry we do not offer refunds. (If an item is faulty and we cannot offer a replacement we will refund the item including postage). Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
Please note: it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to and your order details. Please also state the reason for return.
Items must be unwashed, unused and in original condition this includes all original tags and packaging. Returned items that have been damaged or worn will be returned to the customer without an exchange or credit note.
