Who Stole the High Street? Fashion Parade with Indy C & Hero Vintage

"Who Stole the High Street?” is a design collective of 6 TAFESA students who are on the brink of entering (or have recently entered) the ‘real’ world of fashion.

We have decided to start this collective of unique, artisan fashion designers to raise Adelaide’s couture profile by showcasing our work in a spectacular event to be held early 2008.

In the meantime we will be putting on various events, installations, fashion shows & parties to raise both funds and awareness for “Who Stole the Street?”. The first event will be taking place at Electric Light Hotel on Oct 19th and will feature sets from DJs Troy J Been, Slinky, Henry & Pop Quiz & a ‘high summer’ fashion parade sponsored by Hero Vintage Deluxe, Indy C Fashion Accessories, Mink Model Management, Pink Mink Champagne & Paint professional school of makeup artistry. Doors will open at 8pm- tickets will be available on the night for $5 & early birds will get free Champagne on arrival.
